When placing an order with Bodybuilding Oz we require a physical street address or a Po Box
To assist us in processing your order, please provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and photo identification may be requested.
If your parcel is not received due to the fact that incorrect address details have been provided by you the customer, we Bodybuilding Oz will take no responsibility for this. Please make sure ALL details are correct and present such as company name (if applicable), correct street address & spelling, correct Suburb (City) and Post Code. If a parcel is delivered to an address due to incorrect details being provided by you the customer and that parcel is not able to be retrieved then there is no recourse of action that will be taken by Bodybuilding Oz.
Any damaged or faulty stock received within 7 days will be replaced at no charge on return of the damaged or faulty stock.
We offer a return policy on products that are set out below
If delivered and it appears product has been damaged in transit please notify customer service immediately
In the case of the product you receive is not the product you ordered, please notify customer service immediately to arrange a replacement.
All products ordered incorrectly by the customer, can be credited if informed within 10 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage cost will be incurred by the customer.
